Historia
The company was founded in 1933 in La Garrotxa by Luis Oliveras and Rafael Hostench, who launched the ROLFHO brand. From the beginning, they were pioneers in quality salchichón manufacturing techniques. After its initial success, the company expanded internationally under the DON LUIS OLIVERAS brand, consolidating its position as a specialist in cured sausages. For more than 90 years, this know-how has been passed down from generation to generation, maintaining a high level of excellence in the selection of raw materials and recipes. Today, the company continues to innovate and develop new products and formats, especially in the cured beef and turkey sausage sector.


Tipo de productos
The company offers a range of more than 40 traditional cured pork sausages, distributed across six product families, as well as a developing line of cured beef and turkey sausages with more than 20 products. Products include salchichones, chorizos, salamis, hams, loin, sliced meats, chifonadas, and tapas.
